Tri State CART is a non-profit disaster response team that focuses on the care of animals during times of local disaster for 31 counties surrounding Greater Cincinnati. We are a resource for local emergency management, with services ranging from public service announcements to establishing temporary animal shelters to care for the pets of displaced families. We have also been called upon to assist local animal control officers with animal hoarding situations.
